Fully burdened labor worksheet
Build one or more roles with paid hours, excluded paid time, utilization, wage-based burdens, fixed benefits, and bonuses. The labor-rate toolprovides a printable result, role-based rows for CSV, a versioned JSON backup, and definitions for each field.
Overhead recovery worksheet
Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual indirect costs, then compare hourly, per-job, or revenue-target recovery. Print assumptions and the formula version from the overhead recovery tool so a later review can identify the capacity basis used.
Internal change-order costing sheet
Record labor roles and hours, material waste, subcontractors, equipment, mobilization, permits, disruption, callback reserve, and other direct cost in the change-order builder. The printable output is an internal pricing aid, not a customer contract, signature form, tax calculation, or statutory notice.
Bid-to-actual review sheet
Keep estimated and actual values in matching categories, separate approved change revenue, and export the variance rows from the bid-to-actual analyzer. Rule- based diagnostics describe possible drivers rather than asserting why a job changed.

Keep exports private
Exporting is an explicit action. Files can contain financial inputs, so store and share them with the same care as any internal estimate. The site does not upload them automatically. Read the privacy and local-storage policy before using a shared device.
